LOCATION: Our program is conveniently located at City East Union House - on the Adelaide University Campus between North Terrace and the Torrens River. There’s plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants to relax and grab a coffee after your session.

GETTING HERE: City East Union House is easily accessible via public transport, including train, tram, and bus along North Terrace. There are metered parking spots available along Victoria Drive. Union House also houses the Unibar on the ground floor, and restaurant Taikunthi on the fifth floor. You’ll find us on the fourth floor. Just looks for the Cloisters!

 

Trent is an accredited COTA Strength For Life instructor and Australian Institute of Fitness Master Trainer - able to advise on nutrition, anatomy and physiology, and develop a tailored exercise program. Trent focuses on mobility, strength and functional training, and has been a fully qualified trainer since 1989.

Luciano is an accredited COTA Strength For Life instructor and has previously been named Fitness Australia’s SA Exercise Professional of the Year. With four decades of training under his belt, Luciano brings extensive experience in cardiovascular exercise, boxing, and rehabilitation.
