GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Discover a diverse range of invigorating group fitness classes, including Yoga, Pilates and Body Pump. Each class is designed to push you to your limits, elevate your fitness levels, and guide you towards achieving your personal fitness goals.

Our classes are designed for all fitness levels and age groups, with a fun, energetic, and non-judgmental community where everyone is welcome to challenge themselves and grow together!

YOGA

A complete mind body workout where you will learn fitness stretching, yoga-based moves & breathing techniques all designed to increase your flexibility, improve your mobility, and strengthen & restore your muscles.

CONDITIONING / CORE & GLUTES

Low impact core and glutes workout, delivered as a blend to ensure you get the best out of your posterior chain! 

BOXING

Classes involve a broad range of punch combinations, high intensity drills, and boxing specific exercises. Workouts will include the use of upper and lower body and it is great for anyone wanting to increase their cardio vascular fitness.

PILATES

Pilates workouts focus on developing strength through the core of the body, providing a foundation to work the rest of the body. Concentration is focused on strength, flexibility and coordination. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class may even get you working up a sweat.

CONDITIONING / HIIT

This high-energy HIIT class focuses on improving endurance, strength, and overall fitness through a combination of cardio, strength training, and functional exercises.

BODY PUMP

A barbell workout designed for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit quickly. Using light to moderate weights with high repetition, Body Pump gives you a total-body workout that challenges your muscles and pushes you to your limits.

Frequently asked questions

  • Group Fitness Classes are included with the All Access membership, and with a Single Location membership at either City East Union House, City West Pridham Hall, and Waite.

    For non-members, you can purchase a Casual Pass which is eligible for one class, or a 10-Visit Pass which allows you to attend ten classes. These are location-specific, so they must be used at the location at which they are purchased.

  • Yes!

    Non-members are welcome to attend our gyms for group fitness classes, with Casual Visit and 10-Visit Passes available. These are location-specific, so they must be used at the location at which they are purchased.

  • You can attend as many classes as you like!

    Both our All Access membership, and our Single Location memberships at either City East Union House, City West Pridham Hall, and Waite provide you with unlimited access to as many group fitness classes as you’d like to take.

  • Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, Strength & Conditioning, Core & Glutes, and HIIT are available at City East Union House.

    Yoga, Pilates and Body Pump are available at City West Pridham Hall.

    Pilates and Conditioning are available at Waite.

  • You can use the Casual Visit and 10-Visit Passes for any group fitness class of your choice - whether it's Pilates, Body Pump, Boxing, Yoga, or one of our other great classes.

  • We provide all the necessary equipment for all group fitness classes - including mats, weights, boxing gloves, and more. You are welcome to bring your own mats and gloves to use if you’d like.

    It is essential that you bring a towel, especially for classes that use equipment where it is a requirement. We also recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated. You must wear gym-appropriate attire and footwear for safety reasons.

    We have change rooms and lockers available to use while your class is in session.
