The frequency of sessions depends on your goals, budget, and how much time you can dedicate to your fitness journey. Many clients train once or twice a week, while others may prefer more frequent sessions for quicker results. We can adjust the frequency based on what works best for you.

We understand that life commitments, travel, or unexpected events can come up. Yes, you can pause your sessions if needed. Please reach out to your trainer to discuss your situation and arrange a plan that works for you.

Your personal training sessions will expire 12 months after the date of purchase. We recommend making consistent bookings when using personal training, as these sessions will be more useful to you than ‘once-off’ sessions with long breaks in between.
In general, the vast majority of our customers use their PT packages well before 12 months from the date of purchase. If you have difficulties using your sessions, please make contact with us prior to their expiry, and as soon as you’re aware of an issue.
